• 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1 large tomato, cubed
  • 2 green Serrano or jalapeño peppers, finely sliced (seeded if you want it milder)
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 springs of cilantro, finely chopped
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Juice from 1 lime


  1. Peel the avocados and mash the pulp with a fork in a large bowl until it turns into an even paste.
  2. Mix the vegetables and herbs and season to taste with salt and lime juic
  3. Serve and enjoy
