- 1 lb of brussels sprouts (fresh)
- olive oil to cover the pan
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 3 tbs of sweet chili sauce
Cover a medium to large pan with cold pressed olive oil. Turn the heat up to medium high and begin to add sprouts. You can put all of the sprouts in as you chop off the ends and cut in half. Make sure to stir and flip frequently, as you want each side to brown heavily; but not burn (they should still retain their green in the middle). When a good amount have browned, add seasonings. Finish with sauce by tossing in the pan a few more times. Serve immediately.
