Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

(Serves Four)

  • 1 bunch of cauliflower
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 tbs of earth balance
  • almond milk to cover

Steam the cauliflower until soft. Put it inside of a large bowl and add all but the milk. Mash with a hand masher or process in a food processor until smooth. Top off with sea salt, pepper and more earth balance to taste. Cover with a little almond milk and lightly re-mash. Serve warm.
